Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are
Petstacio is operated by Petstacio (sole trader), 2 Ballygraigue Road, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, E45 KD35, Ireland. Email: hello@petstacio.com.
2. Our contract with you
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error, and if so we will refund anything you have paid.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euro (EUR) and are final: we are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.
4. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in Ireland. Estimated delivery times are on our Shipping & delivery page and on each product page. These are estimates, not guarantees, but unless we agree otherwise we will deliver within 30 days of your order. If we publish a seasonal last order date, orders placed after it may not arrive in time, and we will say so at checkout.
5. Your right to cancel (14 days)
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Full details and a model withdrawal form are on our Returns & refunds page.
6. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 are not affected by anything in these terms. If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace, reduce the price or refund, as the law requires.
7. Product safety
Pet products must be used with supervision. Light-up items contain batteries: keep them away from children, never leave a pet unattended wearing a light-up product, and check fit regularly. Costumes and clothing should not restrict breathing, vision, movement or cause overheating. Stop use if your pet shows distress. Product safety and manufacturer information is available on request at hello@petstacio.com.
8. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Privacy and cookies
How we use your data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. As a consumer you may also have the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
