Christmas last order date

Order by Tuesday 1 December for delivery before Christmas. Orders after this date will most likely arrive in the new year. We'll always tell you at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Typically 8–20 working days from order. See Shipping & delivery.

Is VAT charged?

No. Petstacio is not registered for VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay, plus delivery if your order is under the free-delivery amount.

Can I return something?

Yes, you have 14 days from receipt. See Returns & refunds.

How do I pick a size?

Measure your pet’s neck and chest with a soft tape and compare with the size chart on the product page. If between sizes, size up.

Are the light-up items safe?

They’re for supervised walks. Switch off and remove when your pet is unattended.
