Christmas last order date
Order by Friday 20 November for delivery before Christmas. Orders after this date will most likely arrive in the new year. We'll always tell you at checkout.

Ireland (all 32 counties’ addresses we can reach via our carriers; Northern Ireland is not yet included).

Delivery: €4 standard delivery; free on orders over €50.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take a few days to update after dispatch.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, email hello@petstacio.com with your order number and we will investigate and put it right.
Wrong address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address we may need to ask for the re-delivery cost.
