Your 14-day right to cancel

You may cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days run from the last parcel.

How to cancel

Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel, by email to hello@petstacio.com or by post to Petstacio (sole trader), 2 Ballygraigue Road, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, E45 KD35, Ireland. You can use the form below but you don’t have to. Please include your order number.

Sending items back

Once you have told us, please send the goods back within 14 days. You pay the cost of returning the goods. Please return goods unused, in their original packaging if possible. We can reduce your refund if the goods have lost value because of handling beyond what is needed to check them. For pet products, trying an item on your pet to check the fit is fine; wearing it out and about is not.

Refunds

We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of getting the goods back (or of you showing proof you sent them, if earlier), to the original payment method. Where a cheaper-than-standard delivery was chosen, we refund up to the cost of the cheapest option we offered.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Contact us at hello@petstacio.com with your order number and a photo. For damaged or faulty items we will offer a replacement or refund, and for these we pay the return costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
